A free and simple timer for ice and heat contrast bathing treatment (e.g. for treating sports injuries).
No complex configuration or bewildering UI - just choose the number of iterations, cold minutes, hot minutes and tap Start to begin. A simple 3 second countdown prompts you to switch between ice and heat.
